Acanthosis nigricans is characterized by hyperpigmented, velvety thickening of the skin of any part of the body and frequently associated with internal malignancy, endocrine diseases and obesity. This paper presents a case of ganglioneuroblastoma in 3-year-old Korean boy which was arised from right adrenal gland. The tumors arising from the ganglion cells of the peripheral nervous system are ganglioneuroma, neurplastoma and ganglioneuroblastoma.
